Junior Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our team in Pretoria. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, providing guidance and timely technical support while developing a solid understanding of our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, timely support to clients by diagnosing and resolving technical queries.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain process compliance to ensure first‑time‑right delivery of requests.
• Develop a deep understanding of company offerings to deliver accurate information.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology (higher diploma or degree) or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL.
• Basic experience (1‑2 years) with JavaScript, SSRS, XML, HTML and Excel.
• Familiarity with IT testing principles and Azure DevOps/AppService.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
