About the role
NTU International is seeking a Junior Monitoring & Evaluation Expert to join a pool of qualified non‑key experts for the EU‑funded Cooperation Facility project in Lesotho. The position will support short‑term monitoring missions, data collection, and results analysis over a 48‑month implementation period, working under specific Terms of Reference approved by the EU Delegation.
Key responsibilities
- Support monitoring missions and collect field data for the project.
- Assist in reviewing project indicators and assessing performance against targets.
- Prepare monitoring reports and contribute to the analysis of results.
- Contribute to the design and refinement of monitoring tools and data validation processes.
- Assist in preparing presentations and briefing materials for stakeholders.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
- Experience in development cooperation projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with EU‑funded projects is a plus.
