Junior-Mid Graphic Designer

About the role

Our internal creative agency is expanding and needs a designer who can shape how thousands of students and professionals experience our brands across Africa. You will work on bold stories, sleek digital experiences, and high‑impact print or digital campaigns for a private higher‑education institution.

Key responsibilities

• Craft visually compelling stories for print, digital, and social platforms.
• Deliver high‑quality content on tight deadlines while managing multiple deliverables.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and maintain strict brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Dynamic designer who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Proactive communicator able to present ideas and work closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Adaptable learner who stays up‑to‑date with visual trends and tools.

Required skills

• Mastery of design fundamentals: typography, colour theory, grid systems, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience with WordPress and Elementor, and familiarity with email‑builder tools such as Mailchimp or RGE Studio.
