About the role
A Managed IT company is seeking a Junior IT Field Support Technician to start a career in IT support, serving clients across the Eastern Cape.
Key responsibilities
- Perform computer hardware repairs for client sites.
- Provide desktop application support.
- Install and maintain network cabling.
- Assist with security surveillance systems.
Required profile
- Hold an A+, N+ or other IT technical qualification.
- Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid Code 8 driver’s licence with at least 2 years driving experience.
- Resident of O.R Tambo district and available to start immediately.
- Own a smartphone for business communications.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, on‑call and long hours.
