Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

MOO is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join its Customer Design team in Cape Town. You will produce high‑quality, impactful layouts that bring Business Customers’ brands to life across our print and merchandise range, working under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Create bespoke designs for MOO Business Customers across the full product range, adhering to brand guidelines and production specifications.
• Communicate effectively with Sales, Production and Customer Success to troubleshoot and complete design requests.
• Quality‑check files and resolve on‑screen issues related to print or design.
• Consistently meet strict turnaround times for all assignments.

Required profile

• Proven knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Basic retouching skills and ability to incorporate changes on raw files.
• Strong attention to detail and fanatical about the smallest elements.
• Demonstrated digital print knowledge, including foil and UV printing.
• Ability to read, understand and question a brief to deliver exceptional work.
• Relevant design degree or equivalent experience in an artworking role, with a portfolio.
