IT Service Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead and optimise the delivery of infrastructure services across a complex, distributed enterprise environment. The role ensures end‑to‑end service excellence, aligns IT operations with business objectives, and drives continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of IT infrastructure services including networks, servers, cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
• Maintain and improve SLA and OLA compliance, identifying and closing gaps.
• Lead incident, problem and change management processes.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts and service standards.
• Align infrastructure services with strategic business goals and drive optimisation initiatives.
• Communicate transparently with stakeholders across IT, shared services and business units.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager.
• Proven track record managing both Linux and Microsoft environments.
• Experience drafting, negotiating and managing SLAs/OLAs.
• Strong vendor relationship and third‑party management skills.
• Formal qualification in ITIL or ITSM frameworks.
• Ability to lead organisational change and facilitate workshops.
