IT Operations Support – Europe & Africa

About the role

We are looking for an IT Operations Support specialist to keep our technical ecosystem running smoothly across Europe and Africa. You will act as the local IT heartbeat, ensuring hardware, software and network services are reliable, secure and aligned with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Device & Asset Management – own the full lifecycle of Apple and PC hardware, from procurement to custom setup and tracking.
• Systems & Access – provide L1‑L2 support for Google Workspace, Slack and Keeper while enforcing global identity policies.
• Creative Infrastructure – maintain post‑production environments, including NAS storage, workstations and remote editing tools such as Parsec.
• Connectivity & Security – monitor network performance, manage VPN access and ensure GDPR‑compliant operations.
• Global Alignment – implement global IT standards and security protocols throughout the EMEA region.
• Documentation – keep technical inventories and troubleshooting guides up to date.

Required profile

• Solid experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in a creative or media‑agency setting.
• Structured, hands‑on problem‑solver who improves systems, not just fixes tickets.
