Invoice to Cash (I2C) Manager

About the role

The Invoice to Cash (I2C) Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end ownership of the I2C process, ensuring accurate invoicing, disciplined credit and trade‑terms management, timely cash collection, and effective claims resolution while driving cash‑flow optimisation and process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the I2C transformation roadmap, aligning with group initiatives such as RESET and Esker for TTM, and drive simplification, standardisation and automation.
• Define, monitor and report on I2C KPIs (DSO, overdue %, claims cycle time, billing accuracy, cash application rates).
• Own and enforce credit policy, including credit limit setting, reviews, blocked orders and solvency checks.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in line with delivery terms, pricing master data and customer agreements.
• Oversee claims and deductions management, maintaining SLA adherence and collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain.
• Supervise cash application and reconciliation, reducing unapplied cash and maintaining strong audit trails.
• Lead collection strategies by customer and channel, balancing relationships with cash discipline.
• Ensure accurate month‑end close for AR and I2C, produce performance reports and maintain a strong internal‑control environment.
• Act as a key partner to Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and Master Data teams, resolving structural issues impacting billing and claims.
• Lead, coach and develop the I2C team, setting objectives, managing performance and fostering a data‑driven, continuous‑improvement culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end invoice‑to‑cash processes.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk, trade‑terms, cash application and collections.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation projects and drive KPI improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
