Inventory Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Inventory Analyst to manage finished‑goods inventory within our logistics supply chain, ensuring product quality standards are met and all movements are accurately recorded in SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain FG quality by adhering to DPO/VPO standards, blocking inventory in SAP, and managing freshness, rotation and concession policies.
• Conduct independent inventory counts, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and ensure all physical movements are correctly transacted in SAP.
• Process breakages, obsolescence, salvages and container claims, and monitor cost variances between budgeted and actual figures.
• Maintain documentation, perform security checks and independent shipment verifications in line with inventory control policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a stock control or inventory management environment.
• Strong attention to detail, high accuracy and ability to work independently.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP R3 for inventory transactions.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
