Inventory Analyst – Finished Goods Management

About the role

The Inventory Analyst will manage all Finished Goods (FG) within the logistics supply chain, ensuring compliance with inventory governance processes, controls and quality standards. The role requires accurate reflection of physical inventory movements in SAP and thorough investigation of any discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain FG inventory quality standards, block quality‑related and obsolete stock in SAP, and enforce product freshness and rotation policies.
• Conduct independent inventory counts of returnable containers, reconcile with SAP, and resolve discrepancies.
• Process all physical inventory movements, including T1/T2 shipments, breakages, obsolete and salvage stock, ensuring accurate SAP transactions.
• Handle container claims, route settlement corrections, and monitor budget versus actual costs.
• Ensure proper documentation, conduct random security camera checks, and perform three‑point checks for shipments.

Required skills
