International Consultancy – Communications Video Editor

About the role

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) seeks experienced video editors to support communication and advocacy across 23 countries. This consultancy will provide on‑demand, high‑quality video content that showcases UNFPA’s work and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Edit video footage documenting key activities, events, and field visits.
• Create compelling 2D animations to explain complex topics.
• Perform professional color correction and overall video polishing.
• Produce thematic videos aligned with UNFPA communication priorities.
• Collaborate with the communications team to understand assignment objectives.
• Coordinate post‑production workflow with UNFPA staff.
• Adjust and refine scripts after reviewing raw footage.
• Enhance media for high‑impact visuals and deliver final videos in platform‑appropriate formats.
• Provide metadata, captions, and digital copies of consent forms for each media file.

Required profile

Required skills
