Intermediate .NET Core Software Development Engineer

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for an Intermediate Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality .NET Core applications for external clients. You will work in an agile team, collaborating with analysts, testers, and senior engineers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain .NET Core applications aligned with client business workflows.
• Implement functional and technical requirements using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation and delivery using Azure DevOps.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate front‑end components.
• Write clean, well‑documented code and follow coding standards.
• Take part in code reviews and apply feedback.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with .NET Core in a production environment.
• Experience working in Agile teams and delivering sprint‑based outcomes.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
