Join Sanlam Life Ltd, a leading financial services provider in Africa, as an Intermediary Support Assistant. Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our intermediaries and the regional sales management through exceptional administrative and commercial support.

Missions principales

  • Provide proactive commercial and administrative support to Sanlam intermediaries and regional sales management.
  • Drive client retention by proactively contacting active clients and managing lapse prevention (e.g., non-payment of premiums).
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term professional relationships with intermediaries and clients to foster recurring business.
  • Analyze client account trends and provide internal feedback to optimize retention strategies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and timely issue resolution.
  • Handle diverse administrative tasks and support stakeholders during lapse processes.

Profil recherché

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience within the financial services sector.
  • Proven experience in a brokerage environment or providing services to financial advisors.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and quotation processes.
  • Grade 12 (High School Diploma) required; a relevant tertiary qualification is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in customer engagement, client service, or call center environments is highly desirable.
