HubSpot Systems Administrator (Remote)

About the role

Traild is seeking a hands‑on HubSpot Systems Administrator to own and evolve its HubSpot platform across Sales, Marketing, and Service hubs. You will work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate fast‑moving requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot user accounts, roles, permissions, SSO configuration and overall system governance.
• Design, build, and iterate automation workflows at scale to support marketing, sales, and customer success processes.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and relationships with clean naming conventions and a scalable data model.
• Configure and manage integrations with the broader RevOps tech stack, including field mapping, data sync, webhook setup, and troubleshooting of telephony and enrichment tools.
• Build and optimise pipelines, record layouts, forms, required fields, and reporting dashboards.
• Support the ongoing migration from a legacy CRM to HubSpot and extend functionality into Customer Success.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering HubSpot in a fast‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn loosely defined requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Comfortable working independently, shipping early versions (v1) and iterating quickly.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional RevOps, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
