Head of FP&A (Logistics)

About the role
We are partnering with a growing logistics business that is building out its finance capability while retaining an entrepreneurial edge. The Head of FP&A will have hands‑on responsibility, high visibility and influence, working closely with the executive committee and the wider operation to turn financial and operational data into actionable insight.
Required profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field (CA(SA) highly advantageous)
- Strong FP&A, commercial finance or consulting experience with solid financial modelling capability
- Ability to dive into operational detail and understand how the business works
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate analysis into action
- Builder’s mentality – enjoys creating and improving functions rather than maintaining an established one
- Logistics experience is a bonus, not a requirement
- Availability for full‑time, office‑based work
