About the role

A dynamic, tech‑driven business operating in the logistics and transport solutions sector is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead its finance function and support strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, reporting, compliance and budgeting.
• Manage cash flow, tax, audits and risk management.
• Drive business optimisation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and innovation.

Required profile

• CA(SA) qualification (essential).
• Minimum 5 years of team‑management experience.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow management, tax, audits and compliance.
• Experience in FSP, logistics, telematics, insurance, banking or technology environments is advantageous.
• Strong business intelligence and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with financial systems and process optimisation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
