About the role
The Group Impact Director will shape and lead &Beyond’s Group Impact strategy across all regions, embedding environmental, conservation, community and ESG objectives into the business model, operations and guest experience. Reporting to the executive team, the role partners with Wild Impact to align purpose with performance and drive measurable, sustainable impact outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and continuously refine the Group Impact strategy in line with long‑term business and conservation goals.
- Translate strategic impact ambitions into practical frameworks, standards and measurable delivery plans.
- Oversee ESG, IBSC and impact reporting governance, ensuring transparent and credible reporting.
- Drive adoption and implementation of impact priorities across regional operations.
- Manage the partnership with Wild Impact, coordinating shared outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead communication of impact initiatives, aligning brand positioning and internal engagement.
- Provide governance for impact‑related funding and initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in sustainability, ESG or impact strategy.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to integrate impact into business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership development skills.
- Strategic influence and communication capabilities at executive level.
- Commitment to measurable, commercially sustainable impact outcomes.
