About the role
This 12‑month graduate contract offers hands‑on experience in a high‑security, automated manufacturing environment. You will work on automation, equipment improvement, R&D and multidisciplinary projects that span mechanical, electrical, electronic and control engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Gain practical exposure to automation, equipment improvement, R&D and projects across mechanical, electrical, electronic and control domains.
- Support a 24/7 operation when required, ensuring precision, traceability and quality of millions of configured products.
- Collaborate on the design and optimisation of temperature‑control, pressure and flow‑control systems.
Required profile
- Intellectually curious, technically sharp and driven to understand how things work.
- Disciplined, resilient, accountable and attentive to detail.
Required skills
- CAD and circuit‑design knowledge.
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, servo motors, pneumatics and temperature‑control circuits.
- Python programming capability.
- Understanding of temperature, pressure and flow‑control systems.
