About the role
Veriforce is looking for a dynamic leader to head its Global Customer Operations team. You will oversee the end‑to‑end customer journey, blending light sales, guided onboarding, support, proactive value engagement, and renewal reminders to drive satisfaction and long‑term outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team to meet individual, team and department KPIs.
- Maintain an open, collaborative culture that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Drive department strategies to consistently meet goals and service‑level agreements (SLAs).
- Design and deliver new‑employee and ongoing training programs.
- Establish performance standards, monitor live queues, and adjust workflows in real time to meet operational demand.
- Allocate and prioritize work to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate diverse contractor needs.
- Leadership mindset focused on ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing teams in a customer‑centric, journey‑oriented environment.
- Comfort operating at the intersection of Customer Success, Support and Operations.
