Future Leaders Development Programme – TOPP (Graduate Finance)

About the role

Tiger Brands is recruiting recent or soon‑to‑be graduates for its Future Leaders Development Programme – TOPP. This 36‑month SAICA training contract provides practical experience across finance disciplines within the FMCG and manufacturing environment, primarily in Gauteng.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through different finance disciplines across Tiger Brands sites.
• Support financial accounting activities.
• Participate in internal audit and governance assurance.
• Prepare management reporting and data analytics.
• Gain hands‑on FMCG finance experience.
• Contribute to finance projects and broader business activities.

Required profile

• SAICA‑accredited CTA or PGDA qualification.
• Intention to qualify as a CA(SA) and sit for the SAICA ITC exam in January.
• Minimum 65% academic average and recent graduate from a South African tertiary institution.
• Citizen of the country of hire.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, ambition and self‑motivation.
• Potential for high achievement and innovation.
• Advantageous: personal vehicle, strong interest in FMCG/manufacturing, prior leadership experience, strong academic performance.
