About the role

We are hiring for a client, seeking a JavaScript/TypeScript Full‑Stack Developer to work remotely on AI model training and optimization. The role involves building and maintaining high‑quality code, evaluating model performance, and contributing to supervised fine‑tuning efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for training and optimizing AI models.
• Conduct benchmark evaluations and analyze results to drive continuous improvement.
• Rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with criteria.
• Produce detailed explanations and rationales for evaluations, demonstrating strong technical reasoning.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning initiatives, including creation and upkeep of task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full‑stack development.
• Experience with Node.js backend development.
• Familiarity with Nest.js framework.
• Knowledge of front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
