About the role

Are you a commercially minded CA(SA) with a strong background in the property industry? A leading property‑focused organisation is looking for an experienced and dynamic Financial Controller to take ownership of its finance function and contribute to strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

  • CA(SA) qualification with 3–5 years post‑qualification experience
  • Relevant experience in the property industry
  • Strong experience using MDA (property management system)
  • Familiarity with MRI (considered a similar system)
  • Proven financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple financial processes and deadlines
  • Commercial acumen and problem‑solving skills
