About the role
Old Mutual is recruiting a Financial Adviser specialising in short term insurance in Durban. The appointment will be made from the designated group in line with the Employment Equity Plan of Old Mutual South Africa and the specific business unit.
Required profile
- NQF Level 4 or 5 Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent
- Appropriate insurance qualification (FAIS and RE)
- More than 2 years' experience in the short term insurance field
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
Required skills
- Sales software and sales data management
- Consultative selling, direct selling and strategic selling
- Qualifying prospects, identifying sales opportunities and strengthening customer relationships
