Finance & IT Manager – Pretoria

About the role

We are looking for a Finance & IT Manager to lead both financial and technology functions on-site in Pretoria. The role combines finance expertise with IT system management and process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT operations, including systems, licensing, vendor management and support escalation.
• Identify manual, repetitive processes and develop or implement automation solutions using Power Platform, SQL or RPA.
• Collaborate with departments to improve efficiency and enhance financial and management reporting through better data and technology.
• Maintain accurate, reliable and auditable automated reporting.

Required profile

• Finance-related qualification or solid finance background; SAICA/SAIPA articles advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience in IT, systems or data, including implementation, administration or development.
• Practical experience with process automation and strong understanding of both finance and technology.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on a newly created function.

Required skills

• Power BI, Power Automate or Microsoft Power Platform.
• SQL or data-analysis.
• RPA, scripting or workflow automation.
