About the role

The Chaingers Operations Leadership Program is an 18‑month, full‑time immersion at Henkel’s Alrode plant. It offers high‑potential professionals with 3‑5 years of manufacturing experience the chance to deepen operational expertise and accelerate toward leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact projects that improve production efficiency, safety, and overall shop‑floor performance.
• Support Smart Factory and digital‑transformation initiatives across the plant.
• Collaborate with plant leadership, engineering, supply‑chain, quality, and lean teams to drive continuous‑improvement programs.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex operational challenges.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while preparing for future people‑leadership responsibilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the chemical or related industry.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on execution.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multicultural teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
