Executive Assistant & Social Media Strategist (Part‑time, Remote)

About the role

This part‑time position combines executive assistance with strategic social‑media support for a globally recognized author, executive coach, and keynote speaker. You will work remotely, aligning with EST business hours, to help expand the client’s digital presence while handling light administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
• Monitor inbox and handle basic communications with clients and partners.
• Repurpose long‑form content into short‑form videos and social‑media posts.
• Edit videos, add captions, and optimize assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Upload and schedule content, maintaining publishing calendars and trackers.
• Identify trends, suggest content ideas, and apply algorithm, hashtag, SEO, and GEO knowledge to boost reach.
• Create and edit basic slide decks and presentations.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker, able to communicate exclusively in English during the shift.
• Highly proactive, able to anticipate needs and work independently without constant direction.
• Strong marketing mindset with the ability to think strategically.
• Comfortable with flexible, remote work and EST business‑hour schedule.

Required skills

• Video editing and captioning.
• Social‑media platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.
• Content scheduling and tracker management.
• SEO, hashtag research, and algorithm awareness.
• Presentation creation (PowerPoint or similar).
