Executive Assistant & Social Media Strategist (Part‑time)

About the role

This part‑time position combines executive assistance with strategic social media support for a globally recognized author, executive coach, and keynote speaker. You will help manage the client’s fast‑paced schedule while driving digital growth through content creation, video editing, and platform optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
• Monitor inbox and handle basic communications with clients and partners.
• Repurpose long‑form content into short‑form videos and social media posts.
• Edit videos, add captions, and tailor content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Upload and maintain content calendars, trackers, and publishing schedules.
• Identify trends, suggest content ideas, and apply SEO, hashtag, and algorithm knowledge to boost reach.
• Create and edit basic slide decks and presentations.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker able to communicate exclusively in English during work hours.
• Highly proactive, able to anticipate needs and work independently without constant direction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Video editing and captioning.
• Social media management on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Content repurposing and short‑form video creation.
• Basic SEO, hashtag strategy, and platform algorithm knowledge.
