Executive Assistant & Social Media Strategist (Part‑time)

About the role

The client is a globally recognized author, executive coach and keynote speaker who needs a proactive professional to combine executive assistance with strategic social media support. This part‑time position (25 hours/week) is focused on managing administrative tasks while creating, optimizing and publishing content to grow the client’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate travel logistics.
• Monitor inbox and handle basic communications with clients and partners.
• Repurpose long‑form content into short‑form videos and social media posts.
• Edit videos, add captions and tailor content for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Maintain content trackers, publishing schedules and basic slide decks.
• Identify trends, suggest content ideas and apply knowledge of algorithms, hashtags, SEO and GEO targeting.
• Propose initiatives to increase engagement and visibility across platforms.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Highly proactive, able to anticipate needs and work independently.
• Strategic thinker with a solid marketing mindset.
• Comfortable handling both administrative and creative tasks.
