About the role
We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to senior leaders of a UK‑based organisation. This fully remote position is ideal for a South African professional who thrives in a virtual environment and can manage cross‑time‑zone communication.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the diaries, travel arrangements and communications for one or more executives.
- Handle incoming correspondence, prepare meeting materials and follow up on action items.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders across different time zones.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, decisions, expenses and confidential documents.
- Support event coordination, reporting and ad‑hoc administrative tasks for the wider team.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements to boost executive productivity.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
- Proven capacity to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with UK‑based clients or employers is a plus.
- Reliable laptop, stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
