About the role
We are looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to senior leadership of a UK‑based employer. This fully remote position is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support the diary, travel arrangements, and communications of one or more executives.
- Handle incoming correspondence, prepare meetings, and follow up on actions efficiently.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders across different time zones.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, decisions, expenses, and confidential documents.
- Use tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and project‑management applications.
- Support the wider team with event coordination, reporting, and ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve executive productivity.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as an executive or personal assistant, or in a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
- Experience with UK‑based clients is advantageous.
- Reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment.
