Driver Operations Executive

About the role

The Driver Operations Executive supports AnyVan’s Transport Partners (TPs) in France, acting as the key liaison between the company and its driver network. You will recruit, onboard, train and retain high‑performing partners while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit new Transport Partners in the French market and guide them through portal and app onboarding.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to help partners meet AnyVan’s quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, answering queries about accounts, jobs, and platform usage.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of partner availability, locations and capabilities.
• Assign jobs, negotiate rates and manage quotes to secure optimal deals for partners and AnyVan.
• Monitor partner performance, address low feedback scores, compliance issues and cancellations.
• Provide first‑line support to customers on service days, troubleshoot problems and ensure deadlines are met.
• Handle administrative tasks such as proof of delivery checks, invoicing, pricing updates and charge management.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a fast‑paced customer‑service or telesales environment.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport‑building abilities, especially over the phone.
• Excellent active‑listening skills with a talent for resolving issues quickly.
• Resilient, positive attitude and proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
