About the role

The Director of Search Marketing will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Google Ads. This senior role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on management to drive lead generation and sales for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement digital marketing strategies on Google Ads, leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
• Set up comprehensive campaign tracking, continuously monitor performance and run A/B tests to maximise ROI.
• Generate regular reports that translate data insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee social media content, both written and visual, ensuring alignment with paid search efforts.
• Propose innovative ideas and concepts for social media and search advertising to keep the brand ahead of competitors.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw clear conclusions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for digital marketing.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
