About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and TikTok. This data‑driven position focuses on delivering performance, learning, and efficiency throughout the full funnel, from awareness to conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Develop and implement full‑funnel media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
• Optimize audiences, creatives, formats, bids, and budgets to meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative assets meet brand standards.
• Produce performance reports emphasizing ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, and reach.
• Support the transition from agency‑led to in‑house media execution.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for paid media strategy.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of hands‑on experience in paid digital media, preferably in‑house or at a performance‑focused agency.
• Proven track record scaling campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing and performance measurement.
• Experience managing budgets and meeting performance targets.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple campaigns.
