Digital Design Tutor for Kids (English Speaking)

About the role

Kodland is looking for enthusiastic English‑speaking tutors to deliver online digital‑design classes to children and teens. You will inspire young creators, guide them through graphic and 3D projects, and help them build confidence in digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online lessons using provided scripts and materials.
• Track student progress, celebrate achievements, and offer personalized guidance.
• Share feedback on lessons and contribute ideas to improve the curriculum.
• Participate in mock lessons, training sessions, and community events with other tutors.
• Develop your teaching skills with mentorship from experienced Kodland educators.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) and a passion for teaching children and teenagers.
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week during UK teaching hours (weekdays 3–9 pm GMT, weekends 9 am–7 pm GMT).
• Reliable tech setup: stable internet (≥20 Mbps), webcam, headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Bonus: background in design education, Tinkercad, or animation tools.

Required skills

• Basic 3D principles (modeling, perspective, rendering).
• Familiarity with graphic tools such as Photoshop, Photopea, Figma, or Canva.
