About the role
The National Bargaining Council for the Private Security Sector (NBCPSS) is recruiting Designated Agents for its compliance team in Gqeberha and Bloemfontein. These full‑time positions are responsible for ensuring adherence to collective agreements within the private security industry. The role involves promoting, monitoring and enforcing compliance, investigating complaints and carrying out workplace inspections. Applications close on 16 October 2026.
