Data & Insights Analyst – Turn Data into Actionable Business Decisions

About the role

We are seeking a Data & Insights Analyst who can bridge data and business decision‑making. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic and operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data to uncover trends, patterns, risks and opportunities.
• Translate complex findings into concise business recommendations.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that support decision‑making.
• Present insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Gather and clarify business requirements and work with stakeholders to improve processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across reporting.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers and business teams to solve problems.
• Support strategic and operational decisions through data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Strong SQL skills for querying and analysing data.
• Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Excel.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Understanding of data structures and data‑quality principles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
