About the role

Career Start is seeking a highly organized, meticulous Data Capturer to join its internal digital operations team. The role focuses on processing, verifying, and updating candidate, client, and organizational data with world‑class accuracy and speed.

Key responsibilities

• High‑volume data entry of candidate and business profiles with a 100 % accuracy target.
• Cross‑reference new documentation against existing records to identify and correct anomalies or duplicates.
• Perform daily quality‑control checks to ensure compliance with data protection and organizational standards.
• Maintain digital logs of data throughput, processing speeds, and system updates.
• Generate clean, filtered data reports to support recruitment and consulting teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume data entry or administrative clerical roles.
• Extreme attention to detail and analytical mindset for spotting discrepancies.
• Self‑directed work style capable of managing intensive daily queues without supervision.
• Comfortable working within structured processes, templates, and verification checklists.
