Data Capturer – Health Monitoring & Evaluation

About the role

The Data Capturer will support the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) specialist in gathering and consolidating health data from facilities and partner organisations. Working within TB HIV Care’s dynamic environment, you will help ensure accurate reporting for HIV and TB programmes across South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Capture facility and partner data in accordance with M&E guidelines.
• Consolidate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for programme monitoring.
• Maintain data quality by verifying entries and resolving inconsistencies.
• Assist the M&E specialist in preparing data extracts for analysis.
• Support the generation of routine dashboards and performance summaries.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and solution‑driven team player.
• Interest in HIV, TB and public health initiatives.
• Ability to work in a fast‑changing South African health‑care context.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with facilities and partners.
