Data Analyst – Marketplace Performance (Cape Town)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join ClearScore’s Cape Town team and help drive insight across our marketplace. You will work closely with product and commercial teams to measure performance, run experiments and uncover growth opportunities that improve conversion and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain performance dashboards covering conversion, eligibility and revenue metrics.
• Partner with product and commercial stakeholders to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Design, execute and analyse A/B experiments to optimise ranking, user journeys and overall conversion.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify bottlenecks and opportunities throughout the marketplace funnel.

Required profile

• Strong quantitative and numerical aptitude.
• Ability to plan and prioritise own workload and collaborate with a cross‑functional team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a diverse, inclusive culture.
