Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our diverse client base, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat. Working remotely, you will help ensure customers receive accurate information and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through phone, email and live chat.
• Provide knowledgeable answers regarding product details, pricing and availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.
• Perform data entry across multiple platforms and handle administrative tasks.
• Adhere to United States business hours.

Required profile

• Fluent English or Afrikaans accent.
• Sales experience and comfort with a sales-oriented approach.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• 1‑5 years of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and various CRM tools.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work effectively.
