About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our Purple Team in Umhlanga, Durban. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling queries and complaints across multiple channels and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries efficiently on all interaction platforms, including transactional support.
- Perform security checks and adhere to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate issues, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and follow through to resolution.
- Maintain quality assurance standards and meet KPI targets.
- Handle escalations according to internal processes and support ad‑hoc operational functions.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or contact centre environments.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, vibrant industry.
- Commitment to delivering excellent service and meeting performance metrics.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Advanced Excel skills.
