About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our fast‑paced contact centre. Working US business hours, you will be the first point of contact for policyholders, handling billing transactions, answering inquiries and delivering technical support with professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Process billing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to policyholder inquiries via phone, email or chat.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality.
