About the role

Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑call resolution to customers via telephone.
- Deliver exceptional telephonic customer service with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
Required profile
- Completed Matric (high school) qualification.
- At least 2 years of customer‑care experience; retention experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solution‑oriented mindset and high work ethic.
