About the role
We are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our team in Cape Town. In this role you will be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers across multiple communication channels, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and accurately while adhering to data protection regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, chat and other channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, aiming for first‑time right solutions.
- Document interactions and update information in the relevant systems.
- Achieve KPI targets related to response time, resolution rate and customer satisfaction.
- Support the Team Leader by mentoring newer advisors and assisting with escalated cases.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Understanding of data protection legislation and its application in daily tasks.
- Attention to detail when capturing and entering data.
