Corporate Commercial Solicitor

About the role

The Corporate Commercial Solicitor will take ownership of a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with additional exposure to commercial property transactions. The role is remote, working Monday to Friday on UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and other corporate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and other transaction documentation.
• Manage corporate transactions from instruction through to completion, including commercial contracts and restructures.
• Provide commercial property advice on acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord‑tenant matters where they arise.

Required profile

• Experience in UK corporate and commercial law, including M&A, shareholder agreements and corporate governance.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities with the capacity to manage a varied caseload.
• Excellent client care, communication and commercial awareness.

Required skills

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of UK company law and corporate governance.
• Understanding of commercial property transactions.
