Content Marketing Manager

About the role

The company, a leader in healthcare compliance SaaS, is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own and expand its organic growth engine. This fully remote position will manage SEO, AEO, GEO/local authority, and emerging LLM search surfaces to drive pipeline and bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual organic content roadmap aligned with revenue targets and mid‑market growth.
• Own technical and on‑page SEO, including site structure, schema markup, internal linking, metadata, page‑speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Manage and optimise the WordPress site for UX, conversion paths, CRO testing, analytics, and multi‑channel CTA performance.
• Identify competitive search opportunities, SERP vulnerabilities, and content gaps to outrank larger competitors.
• Produce a steady stream of SEO/AEO‑optimized blogs, guides, landing pages, gated assets, and tools.
• Refresh, repurpose, and expand high‑value evergreen content.
• Transform expert insights into thought‑leadership pieces on compliance, risk management, HIPAA/OSHA, and healthcare trends.
• Lead webinar strategy, content development, promotion, and post‑event asset creation.
• Collaborate with sales enablement, demand generation, product marketing, and PLG teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketer comfortable operating across strategy, creation, and optimisation.
• Proven ability to drive organic traffic and pipeline in a competitive SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
