Collections Consultant – Uncapped Commission & Hybrid Work

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Collections Consultant to engage with customers who have outstanding debt, negotiate payment plans, and build positive relationships. The role focuses on achieving collection targets while providing solutions that benefit both the customer and Nimble.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual collection targets through effective communication and negotiation, while maintaining accurate records of interactions and payment arrangements.
• Engage with customers empathetically, negotiate mutually beneficial payment plans, and resolve queries or disputes promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, company policies, and industry regulations to maintain ethical standards and minimise risk.
• Uphold Nimble’s core values by contributing positively to the team, seeking continuous improvement, and acting with integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in outbound collections, sales, or customer service.
• Results‑driven, able to thrive under pressure, reliable with a positive attitude and strong teamwork orientation.
• Matric qualification (or equivalent) with a clear credit and criminal record.
