Clinical Project Manager – Biotech Clinical Trials

About the role

IQVIA Biotech is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead the delivery of clinical studies for biotech and emerging biopharma clients. You will act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring studies are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the execution of assigned clinical studies, optimizing speed, quality, and cost while adhering to contractual obligations and SOPs.
• Set objectives for the core project team, communicate expectations, and monitor performance against agreed‑upon strategies.
• Develop integrated study management plans and collaborate with cross‑functional groups to resolve issues and meet milestones.
• Proactively manage risks, lead problem‑solving efforts, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain primary contact with the client, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Forecast financial performance, identify acceleration opportunities, and drive revenue realization.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing clinical trials across multiple phases and therapeutic areas.
• Strong understanding of clinical research regulations, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive project delivery.
