Client Service Associate (Remote, US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a Client Service Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support. This remote position is based in South Africa and works US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and support
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and follow‑up
• Support onboarding, account management, and ongoing client success initiatives
• Coordinate internally with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate client records, workflows, and project updates across company platforms
• Assist with outreach, scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks as needed
• Utilize automation and workflow tools to improve efficiency and scalability
• Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, software, and emerging technologies
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes

Required profile

• Previous experience in SDR, Account Management, Customer Success, Recruiting, or similar client‑facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
