About the role
Opportunity to take up an executive leadership role focused on driving sustainable growth, integration and value creation across multiple African markets. The CEO will provide strategic direction across product, distribution, operations, technology, risk, finance and people while ensuring alignment between Group strategy and country‑level execution.

Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in Life Assurance or Asset Management with a track record of growing business in Africa.
- Ability to navigate complex, regulated, multi‑country environments, engage with boards and regulators, and build high‑performing teams.
